Your files and content stay on your device
Zebra Player plays your videos, music and subtitles directly in your browser: local files are read from your device and are never uploaded to ZEBRA or any other server. When you paste a link or open a playlist from a link, your browser loads that stream or file straight from the server you chose; ZEBRA does not see, proxy or record it. The Radio and TV pages load their station lists from this website (copies of the open Radio Browser and iptv-org directories); the station you pick and its logo are then loaded by your browser directly from the broadcaster, and ZEBRA hosts, sees and records none of it. "Report a problem" opens Radio Browser or GitHub in a new tab.
What we store
Saved only in your browser (local storage), never sent anywhere: your light/dark theme choice, player settings (volume, subtitle size, repeat mode), the favourite and recently played streams (title, link, group and logo link), the last few playlist links you opened, and resume positions (a short code made from the file name and size or the link, plus the time). On the Radio and TV pages: your favourite and recently played stations and channels (name, link, logo link and country), the last radio station and the radio volume. "Clear history" in the player deletes the favourites, recently played items, playlist links and resume positions; "Clear recent" and the stars on the Radio and TV pages remove those lists; clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes everything, including the settings and theme.
Analytics
If we enable analytics, it will be anonymous and limited to events such as which tool was opened or whether a download completed. We never record what you type, the files you open or personal details. Analytics that use cookies will only run after you agree.
Advertising
ZEBRA may show clearly labelled advertisements. Advertising scripts only load after you give consent. Ads are never required to use or download from a tool. Some tools may offer an optional video ad that unlocks extra design options; it is always your choice, and the free tool and downloads work without it.
